we are not professional photographers but we love taking pictures of our travel & our puppybear.
when travelling, we typically use our olympus pen ep-3 (review here) fixed with a panasonic 20mm f/1.7 prime lens (here & here). and the husband shoots with nikon d700 with a bunch of crazy lenses.
we edit selected images use adobe lightroom 3 and occasionally photoshop. i obviously don't know anything much about editing so when i say "we", i mean "he". but you knew that already, right?
on a daily basis, i use an old nikon d80 with a 60mm macro lens. its a fixed focal length lens (does not zoom) but it captures the details that i require for my crafts. but as any girlie photo-enthusiast would experience, dslrs are not friendly for purses so in my daily adventures, i am always armed with my trusty iphone!!
i swear by instagram to make my pictures pretty and you can find me here.
we welcome all photo tips and ideas on how to help us improve our gear! and if you have any questions, feel free to drop me a message.
